Privacy notice

This notice explains what we collect on pawaapp.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short because we collect very little.
1. Who we are
Pawa is operated by Hubsphere Technologies Limited, a company registered in Nigeria (RC 9590376) ("Pawa", "we", "us"). We decide how and why your information is used, which makes us responsible for it under data protection law.

2. What we collect
When you join the waitlist

When you visit the website
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical information any website needs to deliver its pages and protect itself from abuse — such as your IP address, browser type and the page you requested. We don't use this to identify you, and it isn't stored with your waitlist entry.
What we don't do
- We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, or social media pixels on this website. (Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor isn't a bot.)
- We don't ask for health information on this website.
- We don't buy information about you from anyone, and we never sell or rent yours.
3. Why we use it

We won't use your email address for anything unrelated to Pawa's launch, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website and stores the waitlist on our behalf, under its data processing terms.
- An email delivery provider — when we send launch emails, we may use a service that sends them on our behalf. We'll name it in this notice before we start using one.
- Authorities, where we're legally required to disclose information.
We don't share your information with anyone else.
5. Where it's stored
Your information is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which operates data centres around the world, so it may be processed outside the country you live in. Cloudflare's data processing terms include safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until six months after Pawa launches, then delete it — unless you've created a Pawa app account by then, in which case the app's privacy policy applies to the information you give the app. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Cloudflare keeps technical logs for limited periods under its own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- Access the information we hold about you;
- Correct it if it's wrong;
- Delete it — including leaving the waitlist;
- Withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it);
- Object to how we use it; and
- Complain to a data protection authority.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, so we can confirm the request is yours. We'll respond within 30 days. Every email we send about the launch will also include a way to unsubscribe.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also contact the data protection authority where you live, for example:

- South Africa — Information Regulator

8. Keeping it safe
Waitlist information is stored in an access-controlled database, all traffic to this website is encrypted (HTTPS), and access is limited to the people who need it to run Pawa. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach ever affects your information, we'll tell you and the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
9. Children
The Pawa waitlist is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe someone under 18 has given us their email address, please contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use the information you've already given us, we'll email the waitlist before it takes effect.
